I wanted to say a special thank you to everyone who gave us a gift when our daughter was born.  Rather than spending a ton of money to purchase stationary, I decided to make my own thank you notes using scrap-booking supplies and blank cards.  Everyone really appreciated the thought that went into making the thank you note.  And, not only did I save money, but I was able to give friends and family their own unique card!  Sure beats ordering cards from a catalog.
